Product Description:
Two different modes of action in one striking tool. This approx. 44 cm long
leather paddle features soft padding under the leather cover on one side. This
padded side cushions the impact and distributes the strike energy flatly for a
dampened effect. The unpadded back transfers pressure directly to the skin
without yielding.
Inside the approx. 11 cm wide flap runs a flat insert made of spring steel. The material yields slightly during swing, instantly snaps back to its original shape at impact, and transfers momentum without loss. The spring steel core protects the paddle against permanent bending even under heavy loads.
The narrow handle is completely encased in leather and secured with metal rivets at the transition to the striking area. At the bottom end of the handle, a metal ring serves as slip protection and allows the paddle to be hung up.
Each piece is individually handcrafted in Germany.
